Free Shipping Policy
- Free FedEx ground shipping on orders over $129.00 to the continental 48 states only.
- Offer does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO or any international orders.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, promotions or guarantees.
- Oversized items and tires will continue to be assessed applicable handling charges.
- Order total of $129.00 must be reached with product purchases only. Cannot include shipping, handling, or other charges.
- Qualifying orders will be consolidated to one shipment, which may delay the final delivery time to you.
Depending on the items you select, your delivery time may vary. Estimated time of arrival (ETA) does not guarantee delivery on a specific day. Check your order status for updates. - Qualifying customers must select the free ground shipping option at checkout to receive the promotion.
- Free ground shipping is limited to standard FedEx ground service only.

We make every attempt to offer you the lowest and best shipping methods. We ship out daily. Your order is normally sent within 24 hours!
Most U.S. orders under 2 pounds are sent U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (2-3 day U.S. delivery) at no additional shipping charge.
Orders over 3 pounds are sent FedEx ground.

We can ship to most areas of the world. Email us for a shipping quote at support@slyfoxmx.com. Include in your email the items you are interested in and your shipping address.
Shipping is by weight. Here are weights with sample costs for U.S.P.S. Global Express Mail (3-5 day delivery) with tracking. Place your order online and select that you will "Pay by faxing your details." We will compute your shipping charges and e-mail you the total which you may pay by: PayPal (Secure Internet credit card or checks), fax your credit card details, mail payment or telephone your payment details to us at 01-317-890-9000.

Foreign Duties and Taxes
The customer is responsible for all foreign customs and duty taxes imposed. We ship to 97 countries and cannot keep track of each country's taxes and duties. You may want to contact your local postal authority for assistance. For rate information, you may also review this Web site: EXPORT.GOV.
Once we deliver the shipment to the international carrier, SlyFoxMX.com, Inc. shall assume no further liability. If you want guaranteed delivery, email us for a guaranteed shipping quote. SlyFoxMX.com, Inc does not charge, nor do we assume responsibility for taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. All additional fees charged by customs, brokerage, etc. are to be paid by the customer.
International Customer Payment
We may require your first payment via international wire transfer. Future orders may be by PayPal or credit card. Call your bank and initiate a wire transfer. International wire transfers take about 2 days to complete.
If you do not send funds in US dollars please add 8% to total order (including shipping costs) for bank charges to convert to U.S. funds.
What kind of shipping service do you use?

What are your return/exchange policies?
If there is a discrepancy in your order, you must notify our customer service department at (888) 759-3696 or 1-317-890-9000 within 72 hours from the receipt of the merchandise. Any items that are returned damaged or used (not including factory defects) will not be accepted, and freight charges will be charged to the customer.
Returns
Return your package within 30 days with the orders enclosed Return/Exchange Form. Returned merchandise must be unused and suitable for resale (i.e.: don't try boots on outside; don't destroy packaging). We will refund your return minus shipping/handling charges in the original form of payment. Returns are subject to up to a 15% restocking fee IF the packaging is destroyed and we are unable to resell.
Special Orders
No special order, non-stock items may be returned.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange items. Return the items with the orders enclosed Return/Exchange Form. If you want an exchange review our site first for the size or item you want and let us know so we can put it aside for you. We will hold the item for up to 7 days. Remember, we are dealing in mostly closeout merchandise and once it's gone, it's gone. Exchanged merchandise must be unused and suitable for resale (i.e.: don't try boots on outside; don't destroy packaging) and may be subject to a 15%
re-stocking fee.
Canceled Orders
Canceled orders may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We do not charge a re-stocking fee unless the order has been processed and packaged for shipment, already shipped, or was back-ordered and has already been sent by our distributor.
Warranty
Merchandise is guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturers warranty. All warranty items must be cleaned before return. You MUST call (888) SlyFoxMx (759-3696) before returning a product for warranty.
